Aaron Hoos uses these best practices
to create content that propel his clients
to greater success
Aaron Hoos wants you to be thrilled with the work you receive from him. To ensure that every project is a smooth collaboration between writer and client, here are the three steps of a typical project and how you and Aaron can work together most effectively.
Step one: Project initiation:
1. You are welcome to contact Aaron by phone or email to introduce yourself and your project. Although an initial phone call is welcome, you might find it more convenient to email him to schedule a call. This helps to ensure that Aaron is available for 30 to 45 minutes and that he is prepared.
2. On your initial call, Aaron is interested in discussing business goals beyond your immediate project so that you and Aaron can determine how this particular project will fit into your short term and long term goals.
3. After the inital meeting, Aaron will send you a proposal outlining the project's scope, price, and a delivery calendar. If you agree to the terms outlined then the project can begin.
Step two: Project management:
1. Aaron Hoos will create work for you that meets your business needs and exceeds your expectations. Most frequently his writing is created in Microsoft Word and sent to you in a .doc format. However, you may request your project in an alternate format (including .pdf or .txt). Upon request, Aaron has also input his work online in proprietary formats.
2. His work is always original and free of copyright infringement. And, Aaron does not outsource your work to others. The work you receive will be written by Aaron.
3. Aaron cares about how you look to your customers. So, after the project is completed but before it is sent to you, the copy is put through a rigorous review process to check for 6 factors including spelling, grammar, and completeness of work.
4. Accuracy and timeliness are important to Aaron. Please make sure that all source material has been sent to him before he begins in order to avoid unnecessary delays and false starts. As well, Aaron will rarely provide an "early look" at the project outside of the agreed-upon review times. This helps protect against versioning issues.
Step three: Project conclusion:
1. Aaron offers free rewrites to make sure that you are thrilled with the project. If you are not thrilled, for whatever reason, Aaron will do what it takes to make it right.
2. Full payment is expected upon project completion and can be made through Paypal. Other forms of payment must be agreed to before the project begins.
3. Testimonies and referrals are always welcome.
4. Existing clients are welcome to contact Aaron at any time to discuss your business challenges and goals. Aaron uses a consultative approach to explore your business with you and discover what opportunities might exist for you.
